Ralph and Jose's son Darryl Taylor, a native to Canberra, is a registered real estate agent. In 1979, that is over 20 years ago, Darryl worked in the family real estate business before having 10 years in the Banking Industry, mainly as a loans officer, before re-joining the family business. This experience is very beneficial in assisting both owners and prospective buyers and tenants in their housing requirements. Darryl has spent considerable time on the residential sales and the property management area of the business.

Ralph and Jose Taylor still enjoy the challenges that real estate has to offer and are still active in the business. Although they leave the day to day operations of the business to Darryl and his wife Anne-Marie, they enjoy catching up with both past and new clients.
